If you’re like most people with a laptop, you know they are as portable as the nearest outlet. The companies advertise like their laptop batteries make these machines so they can go everywhere with you and will have problems, but it is a problem. They have only a few hours by Max types of word processing to normal and then toast unless you have both a battery backup or you can specify a location and content. Another problem is that many of the places you go and you have fun with the laptop in a position not to offer an outlet for all as you are a river, as they say.

Computing tends to be a race to the bottom, with the cheapest computers gaining the largest market share, which leaves Toshiba courting the more computer-savvy buyers who really need a high-quality laptop for their work. If you do rely on your laptop for anything, though, you would do well to see the extra cost as an investment and consider getting a Toshiba, or a similar high-quality laptop.
